Cost of calendar is $35.00.

• All monies collected from calendar sales will go directly to Family Support Center.

Calendar prize dates range from January 28, 2026, through December 30, 2026.

• No calendars will be sold after the start of the raffle (January 28, 2026, at 11:59am).

24 prizes will be awarded over 12 drawings (2 prizes drawn/drawing event). Minimum prize value is $50.00. Prizes have a combined retail value over $6,000.

Two winners each month will be drawn through a through a raffle conducted as outlines below:

• Single drawing date per month. There will be two prize drawings at a single drawing event for each month’s prizes on the last Wednesday of each month. The drawing will take place in the lobby of Family Support Center, 403 N. High St. Chippewa Falls, WI 54729 at 12:00pm (noon) to select the winner(s) of that month’s prizes as listed.

• Drawing procedure: All completed and returned calendar ticket stubs will be placed in a single container. One ticket stub will be randomly drawn from the container, the winner’s name and contact information will be recorded, and the ticket stub will be returned to the drawing container. The drawing container will be shuffled before the next drawing. Two ticket stubs will be selected as prize winners per drawing event (two prizes per drawing event, one drawing event each month).

• Every entry is entered to win every prize, regardless of whether that entry has won or not.

• Winners need not be present to win.

• The Wisconsin Department of Revenue requires Family Support Center to report all prizes with a retail value greater than $600 to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. Winners of any prize with a value greater than $600 or more will be required to provide a Social Security Number prior to taking possession of the prize.

• This raffle is being conducted under the State of Wisconsin. Raffle License #R0012540-A-03155

• Should a prize contain alcohol, the prize winner must be 21 years of age to be awarded the prize. Family Support Center is not responsible for a winner’s inability to obtain any alcoholic beverage included as a prize in accordance with any local, state, or federal regulations, and no alternative prize or compensation will be offered. No other person may be substituted for the winner of a prize to circumvent this requirement, including a legal guardian or spouse.

Names of winners will be published in the Family Support Center quarterly newsletter and website.
